Bedrooms 2 and three also have built-in wardrobes.

The family bathroom has a panelled bath with mixer tap, tiled shower cubicle. vanity unit with wash hand basin beneath and WC with integrated cistern. The airing cupboard, which is in this area, contains the hot water cylinder. 

The property has the advantage of excellent energy efficiency, having been constructed to very high thermal standards – which means that heating costs will be significantly lower compared to older properties of a similar size.


The property is approached over a block pavioured entrance onto a gravel driveway. The boundary to the wall to the front is of brick mounted by coping stones and black railings.
